1. Transparent Fare Policy
All estimated fares displayed in the app are all-inclusive of standard travel, fuel, and driver seva charges. Toll taxes or special state entry fees (if applicable for interstate border crossings into Rajasthan or Haryana) are clearly itemized before booking confirmation with zero hidden platform markups.
2. Cancellation & Free Rescheduling
Devotees can reschedule trip dates or time slots at zero extra penalty up to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure. In case of unexpected vehicle breakdown or severe monsoon weather in Brij Dham, a replacement vehicle is dispatched immediately at no additional charge.
3. Devotee Code of Conduct
As Brij Dham is a world-revered spiritual sanctuary, carrying intoxicants, alcohol, tobacco, or non-vegetarian substances inside partner vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking is banned across all partner fleets to preserve the sanctity of the yatra.
4. Driver Partner Fair Charter & Grievance
