Section 1

Information We Collect & Purpose

We collect only minimum data essential to coordinate safe Brij pilgrimage travel:

  • Identity Data: Full Name & Mobile Number for ride dispatch and SMS/WhatsApp booking confirmations.
  • Precise Geo-Coordinates: Real-time latitude/longitude during an active ride to connect you with the nearest Brajwasi driver.
  • Transaction Records: Encrypted payment transaction IDs (Razorpay/UPI) for transparent fare receipts.
Section 2

Driver KYC & Verification Protocol

To protect visiting pilgrims and families:

  • Government ID Verification: Every Brajwasi partner driver submits verified Aadhaar and Driver License credentials.
  • Police Verification: Background audits conducted in accordance with Mathura-Vrindavan municipal guidelines.
  • Temporary Live Sharing: Driver vehicle location is shared only during an active ride and terminates immediately upon completion.
Section 3

Data Erasure & Devotee Rights

In full accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, you retain absolute ownership of your personal data. You may request immediate correction, export, or permanent deletion of your account, booking records, and stored preferences at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer at privacy@vrindopnishad.in. All erasure requests are executed within 48 business hours.
